At Blackstone Legal, we strive to make the legal process as straightforward and transparent as possible. To ensure you can pursue your claim without financial stress, we act on a No Win No Fee basis. Put simply, if you win then we will get all of our costs and expenses from the other side at the end of the case.

At Blackstone Legal, we strive to make the legal process as straightforward and transparent as possible. To ensure you can pursue your claim without financial stress, we act on a No Win No Fee basis. Put simply, if you win then we will get all of our costs and expenses from the other side at the end of the case.
We charge you a fee from the compensation you receive, typically known as a Success Fee. This amount will be agreed with you at the outset, prior to us acting for you and once you have signed our client care documents which confirm the % of our success fee. This means we charge a percentage of the compensation you receive only when your case is successful.
